500 Error Message

Account Name : Sunuk Park
Database Name : CircusCMS
 
 I'm using CMS service by using VWS API. 
 
But since last Thursday, if I modify some target data on CMS, 500 Error Message occurs even though we've used the same API. 
How am I supposed to do for dealing with this kind of situation?
I've attatched the image of Message pop up describing 500 Error. Please check & let me know what to do.

I'm currently using Enterprise pricing. I was supposed to pay since November, but I haven't been guided the payment process except the credit card. Please check about it too, if it is possible.
