Adding Cloud Image Target using Vuforia Web Service is too slow.

When we upload image targets using VWS to cloud database, the process takes 5 ~ 10 minutes consistently to process the image. The image size we used to test the process were in the order of 50 ~ 100 Kilo bytes.

Can anyone faced this problem as this becomes a big risk item for us to consider Vuforia SDK? Any advice or help appreciated.
