Is Cloud Down?

On Unity iOS I get the error that https://an-dev1.qcarsdk.com/arws/config/reco doesn't exist...

I'm checking internally to see if we had any changes or outages yesterday.

Today, I've tested the Cloud Reco feature using the Core Sample app and it worked as expected.

Is this perhaps just with new cloud license keys and databases? 

 

Do you know why CloudReco is using https://an-dev1.qcarsdk.com/arws/config/reco - just checking in browser, that address doesn't work

I finally was able to reproduce the issue, it seems to affecting only 8.6.10.

I've tested Cloud Reco with 8.6.7 and it works as expected.

I informed the Cloud team and they are investigating the issue.
