Cloud Reco App does not work with many Internet providers

Hello.

  We built an application based on CloudRecognition.

At first we thought that we did not do something right, but it turned out that it works only with some Internet providers, out of 5 tested on 2x it only works.

And they already include one of the main providers of the country.

So for more people, the application simply will not work.

How to solve this problem?
