Hi
There is a usecase when Cloud Reco is necessary (due to the large number of targets.)
The targets looks like customized Frame Markers but the intention is to recognize them as DIFFERENT IMAGES as they have distinctive features.
However there is an issue when testing on devices,
- For Android devices, tried multiple models and it worked
- However, when using iPhone6, targets with identical "frame" got recognized as the "same image" though the "ID Areas" of the images are different. It seems that those image targets got recognized at Cloud server as Frame markers
Can you clarify:
1. For Cloud Reco, will the attached targets be generally treated as Frame markers?
2. What can possibly be the reasons for the difference bet. Android devices and iPhone6
Thank you.
Thank you!
Actually we want those pictures to be treated as Image Targets, not Frame Makrers.
Occulusion is a good point. So for this type of Image Target (sharing similar frame), the Cloud Reco is not reliable, as it may terminate early and get wrong results when the reco engine only relies on the features in the outer frame part?
