Cloud Recognition - Uploading Image failed

Hi

Since this morning we are not able to add any new images to our cloud database. Every image (even images we uploaded in the past) are rejected after about 30-60 seconds in pending with "uploading image failed".

Since the Cloud Service has been down before and there was no explanation offered afterwards whats so ever I demand again (for everybody else who pays for this service too) that there gets some kind of hotline installed, where we can get faster information than writing in the forum...

Please give advice on this topic
