I'm getting different status on web interface and on api.
The web says status = Active, the api says status=processing
I can't update the target.

Actually I just checked, I have 128 of 559 targets that shows active on website and processing on api.

Hi, when you say "I can't update the target" do you mean that you cannot update via API or on the website ?
In particular, even though the API tells you "processing", can you update the metadata of a target on the web ?

I can't update via api. I get a fail result code.
If it's useful, I have a list of targets in this state.

One more question:
if you click on one of the targets (using the Target Manager on the Web) that are in "processing" status (despite the fact that it shows as "Active"), what do you see ?

OK, so can you now try to upload (or change) the target metadata via the Web (not using the API);
next to the image, you should see a button saying "Update Metadata" or similar;

Ok, I changed the metadata of one of these images via web. I didn't get a processing image. Just after upload new metadata the image was active.
No error but downloading the metadata I noticed it was not the file I just uploaded.
