I have a customer who had also experienced the same problem.
Now they are developing another App using Vuforia's cloud recognition, and they'd like to know if there is an SLA. Can you please help to check this?

also, even after we successfully updated the metadata (after 24 hours), the system is still giving us the old metadata when we scan the target. this is very annoying and is causing us many trouble. any idea when this can be solved?
It doesn´t seem completely fixed yet. I still got one target in pending, but 2 other of my pictures were processed last night.
Very poor performace. To the Admins: The users might be more understanding, if they knew why this happened. Since some of them (including me) pay monthly for the service we have to know, if this could happen again in the future.

Can you please take a look at my database? targets have been pending for over a day. project id is as follows. We have a live event right now and it relies on the pending targets. Customers are yelling at us for a problem resolve timeframe. Can you please take a look ASAP?

Apologies - yes there is a problem at the moment and the Cloud Reco team are working hard to try to resolve this.
At the moment we have no timeframe for when this will be resolved, but please bear with us.
I will revert back when there is more information.

I uploaded some markers to cloud database this morning, it usually takes minutes to become active from pending status.
but it has passed 8 hours and the status is still pending.

We are aware of an issue which might have temporary affected some Cloud databases; so, this could explain the delay you have observed;
it is possible that by now the issue is already resolved, so you can check your targets again.
