Apologies - yes there is a problem at the moment and the Cloud Reco team are working hard to try to resolve this.
At the moment we have no timeframe for when this will be resolved, but please bear with us.
I will revert back when there is more information.

Can you please take a look at my database? targets have been pending for over a day. project id is as follows. We have a live event right now and it relies on the pending targets. Customers are yelling at us for a problem resolve timeframe.

also, even after we successfully updated the metadata (after 24 hours), the system is still giving us the old metadata when we scan the target. this is very annoying and is causing us many trouble. any idea when this can be solved?

Since Saturday now here...
