Image Target on pending for more than 2 hours...

Whats should I do if I have an image target at the cloud and now I want to change the metadata. But when I change this metadata the image target just wont get refreshed again at the database. It has been 2 hours now and the image is still on pending. Is this a bug on the system? 

It's the first time that something like this happens to us... 

Anyone can give me a hand with this. I cant cancel the target, because the delete or cancel is disable.

Is it still Pending?

If so, please PM me the Project ID for the affected database, the affected target id's, the email address associated w/ your account, and an example of the metadata you'd posted. 

You can find the project ID in the URL for your Cloud Database.
