IOS Problem

Hi, i am using unity 5.3.4 whit vuforia 5.0 and xcode 7.2.1. When i do a build for Android is all perfect but in my iphone 6 whit ios 9.2.1 i have the current error every time i try to do a recognition:

Found Target!!!

NullReferenceException: A null value was found where an object instance was required.

  at Vuforia.CloudRecoAbstractBehaviour.Update () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 

 

i can do the build in my iphone  and i can see the camera but the app is not working whit the cloud recognition.

can some one help pls!!!

I'm having the same issue with Vuforia 5.0.10 and Unity 5.3.3f1 on iOS 8.1.2 and xCode 7.2.

Everything works fine before I upgrade from Unity 5.3.1 to 5.3.3f1

I'm also getting this error since updating XCode. I'm using:

  • Unity v5.3.4
  • XCode 7.3

Did you guys find a solution?

No solution.

Android: All OK!!!

The only way to make it work again was go back to Unity 5.3.1f1

It seems that somethig goes wrong when I try to use the latest Untiy version but the project works fine with my old Unity installation.

Downgrading to Unity 5.3.1 worked for me too.

Is there somewhere to report this probelm to the Vuforia devs?

Vuforia no longer supports the 5.0 SDK. CloudReco functions properly using 5.5.9 SDK with iOS 9.3.1 and 9.3.2, Xcode 7.3.1 and Unity 5.3.4f1.
