Monthly Reco Usage

Hi, reading about the Basic+Cloud plan and its allowed usage of 10,000 reco's a month and then a charge of .01 per reco. 10,000 recos in an app with multiple targets and a decent userbase would be chewed up very fast i feel. What happens if you need 1,000,000 recos a month? That means a charge of $10,000 a month would be applicable which is not viable.

Can you use a localdatabase and increase the number of targets from the allowed 1000? I cannot see the benefit in using the cloud when the charges could be so high. Is a plan available with more Recos per month as i dont think any developer could risk being charged an unforseen amount of money.

Please advise.
