Problem with CloudRecognition service

Hi. is there any problem with cloud recognition services? I don't know if I did something wrong but sinces yesterday I can't make my example to work.

I'm using Unity 4.0.1 Pro and Vuforia 2.0.31

-- I tried an example that was working last week but now it doesn't . when I run it I get several lines similars to this one

I tried a lot of things but it doesn't work so I decide to try the original Cloud Recognition example . It work within unity but when I try it on an ipad 3 I get the next error

The cloud recognition service acess keys are incorrect or have expired.

any idea?
