The problem occured somtimes, when I using cloud regnization feature. The phone was connecting to internet, using ICloudRecoEventHandler, it shows me the error information.

The network request has timed out, please check your internet connection and try again.
Besides, sometimes, the web became very slow when we manage database, image may be not showed on "Target Manager > Database" page, and image may be loaded very slowly when I tempt to check a specific target.
