Still pending, or being failed.

Who may concerns, 

Hello, We've own the circus CMS (Cloud database) on Target Manager. 

We have a problem with a specific marker and we are not able to fix it by ourselves, so we ask you for the solution. 

First, we've uploaded an image to this cloud sever, the target name was 1550. 

But since it was kept being pended, we uploaded the same one on the server with the target name 1551. 

And we've checked the status of both targets, the result was : 1550 - pending (for more than 16 hrs), 1551 - failed.

So we removed the 1551 (failed) one and re-uploaded the same target image to the server with the target name of 1553.

We want you to delete 1550 because we're not able to delete it by ourselves (it is pending and 'delete' function is not available for us)

Could you please do it for us ASAP?
