Transitioning from Kooaba

Hello, we have been Kooaba.com users for some time now. Since Kooaba is now a part of Vuforia, we understand it will no longer be supported and we need to migrate our projects to using Vuforia. Is the same functionality from Kooaba available in Vuforia, and if so, which API documentation can we point to? We are looking to upload our database of images for recognition, and make calls via PHP or JSON.
