I have a Cloud project that used to work fine until the last iOS release, so I decided to upgrade my Unity version (2019.2.21 -> 2019.4.11) and my Vuforia Version (8.3.4 -> 9.5.4) and everything was ok.
So I tested the update and noticed that all the child objects are too small, so small that I need to change the scale above 100. I tough I miss something and decided to start a brand new project, Unity 2019.4.11f1 with a new Vuforia 9.5.4 installation, same problem. When I find my image the renderes, colliders, UI, everything starts just fine, as usual, but the scale is a mess.

My Cloud Image target has his scale set to 1's.
Something I noticed is that this error occurs just with the cloud recognition, if I use "Data base", "User defined" or "From Image" inside the Image target, all the scales are just fine and the object shows without problem.
Have any one face this issue?
