User's network blocking URL/domain used for Vuforia cloud reco

Hi, it seems as though a user in one of our Vuforia cloud reco apps is trying to scan a target, but their connection (at a library) is blocking it which returns an error of the cloud recognition service being unavailable. They want to whitelist the URL/domain that is used for Vuforia cloud reco so they can scan the target successfully. Can I get the URL/Domain that their IT team dep't should whitelist and which port is used? Thanks.
