Virtual buttons and Vuforia 5.5.9

Hi!

I want to add virtual buttons feature to my app that is used cloud recognition. But my virtual buttons do not work in it.

I also downloaded one sample project from here to find what i do wrong . In downloaded project all works perfectly but it implement embedded target library not cloud one. So my question is Does Vuforia 5.5.9 (the last one) support virtual buttons for cloud reconginition or problem is in scale of button or maybe with something else?
