vws connection timed out error

Hi,

 

I have a web portal built using vuforia web services. It was working fine until now. Today is started giving  a strange error,

HTTP_Request2_ConnectionException

Unable to connect to ssl://vws.vuforia.com:443. Error: Connection timed out

 

Why am I seeing this error. Is vuforia vws server down?
