We've got some problems with managing certain targets

Who may concerns, 
 
Hello, We've own the circus CMS (Cloud database) on Target Manager. 
 
We have a problem with certain markers and we are not able to fix it by ourselves, so we ask you for the solution. 
 
Here are the problems we're facing now. 
 
1. Target keeps being "failed".
 
: We've posted the accurate data, but it keeps being failed sometimes. 
for example, Target number 1574, 1582, 1578 on circus CMS are failed despite we put in the data properly. 
 
In case of target number 1582, when we re-submit it with the same data, it is successed. (even though the former one was failed.) What is the reason? 
 
This kind of problems occurs quite often nowadays. 
 
 
2. Deleted Target, but still "active".
 
These images are with this problem.
 
 
 
 
Because images above have problems with being recognized, we replaced it to another pictures below.
 
 
 
 
We've already deleted these images from Target Manager. 
 
Then we expect it not to be recognized by our app(circusAR). 
 
But it still recognizes these deleted target images & loads nothing or loads and plays the deleted AR contents.
 
Also, with the same problem as we've mentioned above (on no.1), when we re-submit the same target image to the Target Manager, error occurs since it is duplicated. 
 
 
3. "Pending (1) " notice with no targets to be pended. 
 
There's no target images with the status 'pending', but the target manager keeps displaying "Pending (1)" notice. What is the reason for this situation?
 
 
 
4. Target manager doesn't show the failed target image even though it actually exists. 
we couldn't find those targets on the 'Failed' category of Target manager. 
But they(Failed Target images) are actually on the list, only we're not able to find it on that 'failed' category. 
 
 
Due to this problem, we're in serious trouble generating targets for our business. 
 
We must make those targets active by this friday since it is the launching day of our AR service. 
 
Seriously, we need it to be fixed as fast as it can be. 
 
Could you please explain us what's wrong with this current situation ASAP?

Login to the developer portal with your account

- go to: www.vuforia.com/contact

- select the "Cloud recognition" in the Dropdown menu.

- Explain your Cloud account problem in your message.
