Why can't I edit a Cloud Target in the Target Manager?

Hi,

I have a Cloud (Legacy) Database. I can't seem to be able to edit the targets on the DB. For instance, I can't even access the metadata file.

Is it because it is a Legacy Cloud Database? If so, how can I update the database without loosing my targets?
