Vuforia Book Sample couldn't import

While importing Vuforia Book Sample from the asset store I am getting this error.

I downloaded and imported the 'Vuforia Books Sample' with Unity 2021.2.7f1 and I experience no errors. Also 2020.3.22f1 (LTS) works fine. I suggest upgrading your Unity version and making sure you have the latest asset downloaded.

Is there a way to correctly import the Book Sample package into a project? When I import it from the my assets, there is no error but I don't see any assets/prefabs or anything new in the scene. It's like nothing is imported. I am using the latest Vuforia and LTS Unity 2020.3.25f1.

That's very odd. It would be great if you could share a screen recording. You should be able to download and import the asset through "My Assets" in the Package Manager.
