Anchoring AR objects relative to the image marker

Good morning everybody,

I am working on a project where I am trying to use Unity, Vurforia, and a webcam or cellphone to create AR "callouts" on top of an architectural model that I have made. I pulled some images from the Arcitectural model and uploaded them for use as image targets. When the camera identifies a target on the wall, a text block then appears to explain an element of the model. The webcam or cellphone that Im using will be affixed to a pole, as I dont plan to move around the model- just pan up & down the scene. My problem is that the callouts move away from the area that they are intended to explain, as soon as I pan around the camera.  I would like to have the callouts stay put as the camera pans. I dont know if this is because I am using targets on a wall, and messing up the whole camera-center concept, or if it's just because I'm a total noob.  It seems like there might be some simple fix- but, of course, that's something a total noob would say. Anyhow, Im attaching a picture of the model and the callout (blue) just so you can have a better understanding of what Im trying to accomplish. Thanks for any help you can offer!
