Hi, I have a few questions:

- what is the tracking rating assigned to your target by the target manager (0 to 5 stars rating) ?

- what is the name of the target ? certain special characters may not be used; if you are using special characters, you may want to try and rename to something simple like "MyTrackable1"

• The 'bad' trackable has a zero rating but it used to work before and the tracking was good enough
• The name has underscores but renaming of reuploading with diffirent name doens't help

After testing it does seem that processing trackables with zero rating produces the error.

Is this by design? Because like I said, it used to work just fine.

Yes, zero-rated targets currently result in a failure report. You should aim at least for 1-star rating.

We have exactly the same problem as Elegia. Some of our trackables were 0 star but works well on mobile platforms, and now, we can't download them from the Target Manager.

Why now the Target Manager doesn't allow the downloading of trackers with 0 star ? Why there is this new restriction ?

I'm experiencing a similar issue. Maybe its related to yesterday maintenance?

At first, I wasn't able to download unity package of my markers. After many tries I finally got able to create one (yay!) However at runtime I'm not able to load the dataset :(

We are aware of the issue with zero-rated targets. We are looking into it, I will udpate as soon as I have some news.

Yes, I confirm that datasets with 0 rated trackers are now downloadable ! So for me, the problem is fixed !
