Create Image target from text

Hello, 

I am trying to create an image target from a printed book.

To do so i converted the pdf  of the corresponding page to jpg and then uploaded to to the target manager.

The target manager shows that the page has a four star rating and the samples app recognizes the text from the pc screen but it does not work from the printed book.

Any ideas will be appreciated

I am sending the row_resolution image url  (downloaded from the target manager) and a screenshot of the "features" that the Target manager presents.
