Create Trackable without Target Manager

Hi guys,

Sorry, my english isn't very good ... :/

 

I want to create Trackable without Target Manager tools. 

I explain, I use my own server for allows user to download models & Trackables. So, I keep my files

 

Is there a solution for convert JPG/PNG/... to .DAT & .XML both files with a script in server ?

or

Is there a solution for convert JPG/PNG/... to .DAT & .XML both files with a script in application ?

Hi, such solution does not exist, you need to pass through the Target Manager.
