Creating AR trackable failing

Hi I'm trying to create a database or upload an AR trackable and I'm getting this issue:

There has been an error while processing your request. Please try again or search for the issue in the forums.

Any idea what's going on?

Hi, could you provide a more detailed description ?

at what stage di you get this error message ? during uploading an image target ? or other type of target ?

or when trying to download the database ?

also, what is the name of the database ?

are you by any chance trying to upload a CMYK .jpg? i had a similar error a while ago and changing the color mode to RGB solved the issue for me.
