Hello,
We are using the TargetManager -> Device Database to create local dataset of the targets.
It is working great.
Recently we noticed that targets with low score (0 Star), we are unable to download the local dataset.
This was working before, but now we cannot download the full project dataset if one target has zero stars,
Please advice.

Hi again, it appears there is a temporary issue with zero-rated targets; we are currently investigating it, but I don't have yet a precise ETA.
