Hello

So I am trying to set up this box: https://postimg.org/image/xlvr1ncj9/

And I am having trouble uploading left and right, it keep saying the measurement is wrong. This is my 5th attempt where as I managed to get it to work on a dice, after scaling it to match width, rather than height. Meaning that it was a cube and equal on all sides.

But what happens when it isn't a cube which is equal on each side? Why is it wrong?

I didn't find much help from here either: https://library.vuforia.com/articles/Best_Practices/Multi-Target-Design

These are my scale for images

Front: 241x369

Back: 241x369

Top:   241x85

Bottom: 241x85

Left: 85x369

Right: 85x369

So clearly there is something wrong with the dimensions, but what is wrong, why is it wrong and how do I fix it so I get this box?

Thank you!

do you find any solution  for  above problem

Hello,

The question here is do the images you're uploading to the Target Manager match the aspect ratio of the lengths you're entering into the Target Manager? If the actual images' aspect ratio is off by even a small percentage from the values you've entered, then the tool will reject them.

As an experiment, try using the actual sizes of your images when entering the W, H, L values your cuboid. For example, if your front image is 800x600 pixels, then use H=800 and W=600 and so on. Once you've convinced yourself that this works (assuming that your front/back, top/bottom and left/right images are consistent), then you use an aspect ratio calculator to determine how to change the lengths you enter.

Thanks

I don't understand the concept of ratio just yet. But I had a read in the other forums and I scaled up left and right image to 241 from 85, which made the image 241x1046. I don't think the quality of the image is perfect anymore and I am sure this isn't the right way of doing it properly. But it uploaded itself at the very least.

I tried understanding what was posted here: https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/faq/target-manager-troubleshooting-common-issues
