Download Targets processing error

In the Target Manager -> Device Database -> MyProject When I try to generate a trackable file with button "Download Selected Targets", I get this error × There has been an error while processing your request. Please try again or search for the issue in the forums.   After this error the project is renamed in: "Dummy Project" I tried different browser.I tried to select different elements.

one question meanwhile:

how big is your dataset, i.e. how many targets does it include ? (or how many of them are you selecting for download) ?

so, to summarize:

based on your observations, the issue is due to selection across multiple pages; by displaying more targets per page (e.g. 120) you can select all your targets in one shot and in this case the error does not occur.

Hello,

We've had some recent reports of intermittent problems with the Vuforia Target Manager. The team is investigating the source of the errors.

Can you tell me if the issue still persists? Are you able to download the device database?
