Embed Video into Marker

I know it is possible to embed video located on the device into the marker in an AR app. The question is if it is possible to embed video placed somewhere on Internet, say my site, dropbox, etc. into the marker?

In essence remote videos will play full screen, not on a texture.  If you want this they will need to be downloaded to be local on the device.
