Error in Target Tanager uploading top/bottom images for cuboid

I'm trying to create a cuboid target based on 6 sides of a packet of cigarettes. I successfully uploaded the left, right, front and back but the top and bottom sections always just come back with a generic error: An error occurred while uploading the image. Please try later.

I've tried numerous times and on different browsers, always the same result.

I've sent the images to qcar_support@qualcomm.com so you can see for yourself.

The sizes are used are

width 55.0

height 88.0

length (depth) 23.0

and I scaled the images to match these aspect ratios.

A couple of other things:

When I try to change the bottom image (that is already uploaded OK the first time but was inverted wrongly - my mistake) I get another error saying failed to change the image.

When I tried downloading all the selected targets in my device database down as a Unity extension, the spinner thing in the middle of the page just stayed there (on Chrome it stopped spinning after a few minutes, on FIrefox it kept spinning). What it turned out to be was my first attempt at changing the bottom image was still in "processing* (got stuck there for ages) and thus the download process couldn't complete. I'm guessing some blocking operation in the background waiting for the processing part to finish... This logic is fine but perhaps a warning to the user saying you've selected are being processed and thus can't yet be downloaded.

Simon.

Hi Simon,

Could you please try one thing for me.

Can you see what happens when you try uploading the flakes box images?  You should be able to pull these out of the samples.

This way we can narrow down where the problem might be.

thanks

N

Hi,

I uploaded all 6 lion flake images using their pixel width/height as the cuboid's dimensions. They all uploaded fine so I guess it must be something with the top and bottom images of mine. Did you receive them by e-mail?

Cheers,

Simon.
