highlight a recognized object

July 3, 2018 - 5:21am #5

Hallo,

I am new for Unity and Vuforia.

I am using my Laptop camera to detect the object.

I am trying to do something like, By placing mouse pointer on the scanned object, highlight it by making an outline along all the edges of the object target in a different color (like Silhouette-Outline).

I could find examples for objects in normal game. But to do it for Objects that were detected by ARcamera I have no idea.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciable.

Thank you in advance

Hi, not quite sure I understand what you mean exactly;

what do you mean by "taking a picture" of the object;

and what do you mean by "highlighting"; do you refer to how to render a highlight visual cue (such as a frame around the target) ?
