How to create automatically a big number of trackables

Hello,

we need to implement an app that can recognize a big number of trackables, eventually divided in different databases for the sake of performances.

Due to the big number of trackables and due to the fact that more trackables will be added time by time, we would like to automatize the database creation and trackable addition pipeline. Is there an API that alows to upload new trackables and create new (cloud or downloadable) databases?
