How to manage the scenes

i  am  developing  a  markerless  concept  project  implemented in  textbooks  using  Unity.

Here,I  have  a doubt.....Let  say  i  have  a  sub-topic  regarding food categories like carbohidrat,protein n  etc.we  have  seven  category  of  foods.

i  am  using single image target  for  the  markers  and managed to   download  and  import  the  database  from  the  portal  to  Unity.

My  question  is  if  i  want  create  markers for  all  the categories  in  one  unity  scene/package/file  is  it  possible or  i  should  create  new  scene  for  every  category ?

Let  say  if  im  using multitarget  there  only  have  less  than  6 image  targets  but  i  need  seven for  seven  category  of  foods.What  should  i  do?
