I cant create trackables

Hello
When i upload an image appears on-screen message that says:

Error occured while creating target.

I try with differents images with stones.jpg from the samples,... but the same.

What am I doing wrong?

I don't believe you can change your username, feel free to create a new account. Let us know if you'd like us to delete this one.

And yes, there does seem to be an issue with creating trackables if your username contains non-ASCII characters, we're looking into this now.

What have you named your project and your trackable? What size did you make your trackable? I'm not sure why this wouldn't work with the provided stones target, could you try creating a fresh project?

Edit: Ah, nevermind, I see the answer to my questions in the screenshot. I just created a project with the same name, and a trackable with the same name and size. I uploaded the stones.jpg image without a problem. Could you try again?
