Improvising star rating of Image targets

Hi,

I have developed an AR app with image targets from the printed books.

But i found my image targets are having 0 or 1 star ratings, which making some challenges to trigger the 3d objects... many times the image targets are not getting recognize. 

Someone pls help me with some ideas to improvise the star ratings of the image targets without doing any major edits in images since the book has been printed...
