Managed to Detect All Targets but Only a Fixed Number of Videos is Playable

Hi there. I am currently developing a Android app that can perform augmented reality video playback for my wife-to-be. There are a total of 59 target images and 59 videos (originally 1080p; transcended to 270p via H265). Weirdly, after building the apk (approximately 700MB), I can detect all the image targets but can only play 16 of them. The rest only shows a play button which can't play the video when touched. I have attached a video (https://youtu.be/nl9KfYk2tJ8) for your reference. After the splash screen of 5s, I don't know why there is a sound playing from one of the videos. I have restarted unity, laptop, transcoded the videos to 540p but all resulted in the same outcome i.e. only 16 videos are playable.

I need to get the matter resolved urgently as it is a present for my fiancee tomorrow. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thank you and have a nice day.
