Wish I could see a target edit history to help explain what exactly happened... but...
Many of my targets look like they reverted to earlier image versions, once the website was updated?
I confirm this since i still have the Unity package I downloaded prior to the website change, it's date matches the "Last updated" date on the website. But the icon on the site is wrong, and also a fresh download is wrong. The download matches the site, but fior sure is not the correct images?
Previous, correct, downloads are dated Nov 29th.
I'm going to re-upload images and re-import assets to Unity... I Hope that fixes it.

For the time being, try using original target names.
Well we decided to rebuld all
Well we decided to rebuld all the targets,. And all was well. until we updated some of them today. Same file names, but diff path. And they are stil "processing"
Should I assume even freshly created targets, with updated images could also freeze while "processing"?

Then created a test "new" target, and it accepted the new image.
Original images still "processing"
Just send email with database info.

David, we are in need of
David, we are in need of updating targets asap. this is holding up builds we need to deliver right now.
Maybe, for now. you just delete those frozen "processing" targets.
