I've tagged this as URGENT because we have a client demo in 3 hours, and we need an updated target database for it. This would ordinarily be no problem.... except that the target manager is completely failing. Not only is it slow, it's apparently so slow that the operation on the server times out and fails. Is there any other way to build a target database?
(I've gotta say, for a service that relies inextricably on a web server target manager, having it be unusable at ANY time is .... well, it makes me wish I'd never relied on Vuforia at all, to be perfectly frank.)

I have just tried creating a new DB and adding a couple of image targets few minutes ago, and it all worked smoothly (DB created in less than 5 seconds, each target created and updated in less than 10 seconds).

I have tried it on 2 browsers (Safari and Chrome) and have the same issue in both. I've also tried 2 different computers. Logging out and back in was the first thing I did. Still nothing.

have you tried creating a fresh new DB (on the same account) ? that might be a good way to go.

I'm already in contact with support as well, but they have not gotten back to me in any way other than saying they've forwarded the issue to the "ops team".

Update: Same issue on the new account. I've done literally nothing on the new account and the issue already appears: the first time I pull up the Target Manager it took 30+ seconds, and about a minute to create a new database, a minute or two to open the database, to add images, etc.
