Hi Experts,
We have an application based on Cloud Based SDK for both Android and iOS devices. We added 8 trackables to the corresponding Cloud Database around 6 hours back, but they are still in Pending state.
Please help ASAP as we have an important customer waiting for these images.

Also see if the targets are being recognized by your app, to determine whether the status report is out of sync with their actual status.

I tried to upload a Target to a CLoud DB, and it took a bit more than a hour, but now status is active...
could you try again ?

I dont understand, somehow it took more than normal for the image to get uploaded.

Probably I spoke too soon, its the same problem. The earlier set of images took around 8 hours to become active. I have added set of images around an hour back and they are still Pending. I have verified the limit on the account and I think we are within the limits.
