for guidance about creating a cylinder target image to upload to the Target Manager is NOT AVAILABLE or BROKEN. When I click on it, I get the following message:

Kindly help me out with this situation.

Try clearing your browser cache and then try loading the page again. It's working for me.

Thanks for such a quick response David Beard. I tried your suggestion, cleared the entire Cache, history, eveything of Chrome Browser. Even I tested it on another browser (safari) as well. But still getting the same message. I want to access this link

Do you have another internet connection that you can try from (e.g. your mobile phone )? - I wonder if there is some issue w/ your internet connection.

David, I have tried to open this link https://developer.vuforia.com/node/4817497 on multiple computers and on multiple internets. I asked my friend in another Country to open it as well. But we are getting the same result.
