"package does not contain valid import setting"

I made cylinder taget and downloaded database package file.

 

However, as I import this package file in vuforia, the error is occurred with the message "package does not contain valid import setting"

 

What is  meaning and How can I do?

I am getting this error after adding additional image targets to my marker DB.

I got the same error as I added some new images to my dataset today. It seems that the package which I downloaded here is not valid.

DO you need .od file to analyze what is the issue?

If it's import settings issue then whether we need to change some settings in Unity?

Can you pl refer to attached my database?
