Is it possible to have the Penguin game without the image target of the can? So just have it scan a table for instance and build the environment?

Thanx Dm3d,I have read most of the links you gave me.

But I still cannot get it. I can understand what happens but I cannot play the game with my cell phone.

So, as one of the links says, I "built and ran" the scenes as described,

I also made a new licence and copy-paiste it in the specified textbox of the camera, as not described, othewise the game doesn't work,

The frist "menu" appeared on screen ("point device at soda can") with the outline of a soda can,

I put a coca-cola can on a surface that had one simple colour and elluminated it well,

I pointed on the can but nothing happened. I did it for a short of time, also trying 3 different kinds of sodas with different can colours.

Still nothing.

What I do wrong and it does not work?

I use the latest vuforia edition and Unity  32bit free edition.

The sample app does not work with a "coca-cola" can;

You need to use the sodacan label which is provided with the sample (you can find the PDF file in your Unity project under "Assets/Editor/QCAR/ForPrint/target_cylinder_A4.pdf"); just print it, cut it along the border and wrap it around to form a cylinder.

If you don't want print, just show the label picture in your desktop and point the mobile to it. It works for me.

The label picture, in my case, is in \Assets\Editor\QCAR\CylinderTargetTextures\sodacan\
