I am trying to upload an image for the side of my cylindrical target, top & bottom diameter = 3, side length = 11. I keep getting an error messeg: "The aspect ratio of the side image must be 0.857:1". What's wrong? Where did this ratio come from?
And why are the "Upload Top" & "Upload Bottom" disabled?
Is it at all needed to up load images for the side, top, or bottom?

i m facing the same problem...
in case, i really dont know how to calculate the aspect ration as mentioned.
as my example,
the diameter of my cup is, top 9cm, bottom 5.5cm, length 27cm, height 14 cm...
so, how to calculate to put it into pixel? the aspect ratio 0.974 : 1, what should a do for that? to change the dimension of my picture?
how someone for help...

That's the expected ratio of the circumference to the side length, based on the diameter you've defined. Do those values match the dimensions of your image?
Try using the pixel dimensions ( w x h ). The diameter will be the image width / Pi.
Once you've uploaded the cylinder body, you'll be able to upload the top and bottom images - they are not mandatory.
