AutoFocus not working on Mot ME860

Hi,

When I am testing my app on Motorola ME860, I found the autofocus not working therefor it always fails recognizing image targets.   The app is build upon Vuforia 2.6.7 with Unity extension.   The app calls SetFocusMode(FOCUS_MODE_TRIGGERAUTO) to trigger an autofocus manually;  This call runs as expected on most testing devices such as Samsung, HTC, Huawei and others.  It fails on Motorola ME860.

The info from Motorola device is as following:

Model Num:  ME860

OS: Android 2.3.4

Could you please check it out?  Thanks.

Hi Jason, thanks for the report.

Not all devices support autofocus, so it is perfectly possible that the call to trigger an autofocus may not work on the ME860;

Hi Alessandro,

We have tested build-in camera application as well as couple of 3rd party camera applications on Mot, all have auto-focus function working.  So we guess the auto-focus function is implemented by Mot.
