Any error message from the device logs ? if so, could you attach or copy-paste the Logs here ?

(You can do that via ADB logcat or via Eclipse)

2. Could any of you make a test by selecting camera mode MODE_OPTIMIZE_SPEED instead of MODE_DEFAULT?

(In Unity this can be selected in the ARCamera inspector, under the QCARBehavior component)

Thanks Pathawut  for the report,

could you priovide the following:

  • exact Device Model Number of your Samsung Note 8, as it appears in the device Settings > About Device panel
  • A screenshot (you can attach it to this Thread when you post your next message), so that we can assess if it is exactly the same issue as reported in previous posts, or if it might be a slightly different one (in any case, we will investigate it)

Also, can you confirm that you have not installed special/custom ROM on your device ?

Thanks,

Hi,

thanks for the detailed report.

The screenshots suggest that the type of issue is the same as the one reported here:

https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/device-support/artifactsscreen-corruption-samsung-galaxy-s2

does your device have some custom ROM installed ?
