Galaxy Tab S4 ground plane = not supported device

Hello. we just got a Samsung Galaxy tab s4 for testing vuforia but vuforia is saying ground plane tracking on this tablet is unsupported. SM-T830.

the Tab s3 is supported and not at all as good. this tablet has a faster snapdragon 835 compared to the older snapdragon 820, nevermind also a better camera.

 

ARcore supports both the tab s4 and s3.

is there some way I can enable ground plane tracking?

the app runs fine on my galaxy s9 phone so I know the app works.

If ARCore supports your device, then Vuforia Fusion will support Ground Plane when ARCore is installed on the device (and your app has been coded to support it).
