A good device for AR

hi , I need buy a tablet for vuforia 

which one do you recommend?

Rear camera is very important for me but it is so important for RA?

  •  

CPU: Cortex A9 Quad Core  1,6 GHz

  • GPU: Quad Core Mali 400- 600 Mhz

I need to buy as soon as possible... 

Its a  heavy app where you have to see the target quite far
